Moein is a software architect and engineering leader with over 15 years designing systems that must work — at scale, without excuses, under the standards of high-growth technology companies. From pure engineering to Lead Architect to CTO, his focus has remained constant: distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and teams that ship reliably.

He brings to Entra what parking technology has never had: architecture discipline measured in nines of reliability, security thinking from designing auth systems at scale, and international engineering experience across high-growth technology environments.

Robinson is a Senior Systems Engineer whose career was built almost entirely inside parking access control. He joined as a software developer integrating hardware protocols, progressed through engineering roles, and eventually led the team for custom solutions and client integrations — all within one of the world's major parking ecosystems.

Beyond parking, he brings experience in PCI DSS secure payment environments, an MBA specialising in Big Data & BI, and a Master's in Cybersecurity. His domain knowledge is not theoretical: earned on-site, across Europe and Asia-Pacific, over 15 years — in contexts where every culture does access control a little differently.
